Are your candles made with soy wax?
Our mainline candles use a paraffin and palm wax blend. If you're specifically looking for 100% soy, check out our Natural Home sub-line, which uses soy wax. Both lines use 100% cotton wicks.
Do you test on animals?
Never have, never will. We're cruelty-free.
Are your products gluten-free?
Most of our products are formulated to be gluten-free. Check individual product pages for specifics.
What's the difference between your perfume oils and traditional perfume sprays?
Our perfume oils are alcohol-free and oil-based, which means they wear closer to the skin and last longer. Traditional Eau de Toilette sprays are alcohol-based and give a brighter initial projection but fade faster. Oils are more intimate; sprays are more immediate.
Can I layer different scents?
Absolutely. Lots of people do. A common approach is to use a room spray in one scent and a candle in another, or to layer perfume oils. There's no wrong way to do it.
How long do your candles burn?
Burn time varies by size and scent, but our larger candles typically last for many hours. The 34 oz size is a good option if you want something that sticks around.
Do you offer refills for hand soap?
Yes. We have refill bags for several of our hand soap scents, which cut down on packaging waste.
How should I store my perfume oils?
Cool, dark place, away from direct sunlight. Keep the cap on tight. The oils will last longer if you're not exposing them to heat or light constantly.
Are your diffusers flame-free?
Yes. Reed diffusers work without flames, electricity, or batteries. Just flip the reeds occasionally to refresh the scent.
What's your return policy?
30 days from shipment for unused items in original condition. Full details on our Returns & Refunds page.
My package arrived damaged. What do I do?
Take photos, contact us within 7 days, and we'll send a replacement or refund. Your choice.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If it hasn't shipped yet, contact us ASAP. Once it's in transit, you'd need to go through our returns process after it arrives.
Do you offer wholesale or bulk options?

Are your vessels recyclable?
Most of our glass vessels are reusable and recyclable. The candle jars make great little storage containers once cleaned out. Just remove any leftover wax and wicks before recycling.
